Refresh Your Nest Friday #23

Really.  You are are really trying to make me pull my hair out.  Last week's entries were once again spectacular and it made it difficult to narrow it down to just five to feature.  I'll be blasting a bunch out on the Making Lemonade Facebook page tomorrow that I know you'll love.  Hope you'll follow along!

On a total sidenote, does anyone here watch Happy Endings?  I think it's one of the funniest shoes on t.v. aside from New Girl and I'm still giggling about Penny's "Pajoveralls."  Top Chef is my other fave, and without spoiling anything, I'm super psyched about who won.  ;-)

Yes, I was a couch potato yesterday.

Here's a few things you may have missed on Making Lemonade this week:

My guest post on Look Who Found the Marbles about lessons learned from Noodle's journey

And now... today's FAB FIVE FEATURES from last week!

If a photo is worth a thousand words, this is worth a thousand calories.  Delicious Cream Cheese Pound Cake with Strawberries from Grateful Prayer and a Thankful Heart.

See these hurricanes?  They were created by Redfly Creations with a candlestick and candle holder for $2 total!  {I used to make cakestands using a similar technique; it really does work.}

Burp cloths and baby blankets are always a welcome gift, Lil' Miss Crafty has a tutorial for making them easily.  And... beautifully.  ;-)

You know I'm a sucker for a thrift store makeover, and I adore the color on these sconces from Made In A Day.

Always Chasing Life shows us the magic of white paint.  What a difference from the 'before' photo!

Don't forget, I'll be putting out more favorites tomorrow on Facebook so be sure to stop by... ABC books, ribbon streamers, BACON, ombre furniture, and more.  Some eye candy for your Friday morning!

I'm heading out the door right now so here's the rules in brief: link to your direct post, play nice and visit others, and add my button if you can (I put the code in the sidebar).

Love you guys, your comments and emails this week have been so wonderful.  We have some exciting giveaways coming up soon and I know you'll love them!

XOXO!
