Refresh Your Nest Friday # 14

It's finally FRIDAY!  And not only that, it's finally the Friday before Christmas Eve.  The energy here is electric, Noodle is beside herself with excitement and just about ready to burst into a poof of candy-cane colored sprinkles.  She's been singing herself to sleep every night-- with Christmas carols.  I'm pretty sure I'm going to need to run some post-Christmas intervention so she doesn't get too sad when it's all over.

Once again, your projects and Nest Refreshing continues to astound.  Here's the Fab Five from this week (but you know you are all fabulous, right?)-- with a special one at the end for my friend Jenny.

Double Decker Fudge from Ladybird Ln.  Need I say more?  Okay, how about there's 83 other varieties of fudge linked up to that recipe.  Don't say I didn't warn you.

See this cloche from Plum Patchwork?  Can you guess what it used to be?  An ugly brass light fixture!  How 'bout them apples?

Renewed Upon a Dream built some box shelves.  There are so many possibilities for these guys!

It's been awhile since I've seen truly unique stockings.  Rinni's Playground made these sassy Monsters stockings for her twins, and they promised not to bite Santa's hand.  The stockings, not the twins, of course.  ;-)

Jenny, this one's for you.  Hardly Housewives shares a recipe for Saltine Candy that's similar to the one our friend Mary makes.  We lovingly refer to it as "crack".  Stick a tray of that in front of teachers at 3 PM and see if you make it out alive.  Enjoy!

Just a heads up, next week's party will be a "Best Of 2011."  So you can link up any post from 2011, I expect all my friends new and old to be joining in!

Ready to link up?  You know the drill... visit other people's blogs, it's super nice to link back to this party, and link directly to your post and not just your home page.  And Santa will be extra nice to anyone with this button on your blog or post:

Love you guys!  Have the happiest of holidays, no matter which ones you celebrate.
XOXO,
Carrie
