Hello, my name is Carrie, and I'm a yogurt-holic.

For REAL.

I eat yogurt at least once a day.  I can't get enough.  I love that it's good for you, comes in so many flavors, and has the delicious consistency of dessert.  Imagine my excitement when I was asked to review Fiber One yogurt FOR FREE.  Hello, I would have paid to do that!

It's made my Yoplait {my favorite brand} so I had high expectations in terms of taste.  And it tasted like the Yoplait I know and love, but with all these added features!  With only 50 calories, 5 whopping grams of fiber, and zero fat I was hooked.  I loved the strawberry version I tried, and am excited to also try the other flavors-- including vanilla, key lime, and peach.  In addition, it has calcium and vitamins A and D.  I love that it's packed with fiber... a pregnant gal's BEST FRIEND.
