Weekly Roundup

For those of you who are new, or those of you who need a gentle reminder, here's what was freshly squeezed at Making Lemonade this week!

I'd love to eventually have the weekly roundup in clickable thumbnail photos, but you do NOT want to know what happened when I googled "free thumbnail photos". It's not even what you would think-- gross photos of people's thumbnails-- it was far worse. Oh, well. Someday I'll figure out how to do it without risking accidentally seeing thumbnail photos of... ugh, I'll leave it up to your imagination.

Sunday:
Ramblings about Living the Lovely Life for Less

Monday:
A Lesson in Sales Pressure Learned at "Herman-Billions" {hint: I won, not them!}

Sunday Scores: $6.26 for all this!: how I saved almost a hundred dollars at CVS, Walgreens, and Rite-Aid this week

Tuesday:
...Three Berry, Four.: my adventures in freezing berries (a continuation of One Berry, Two Berry)

How does your garden grow?: a few quick ideas for gardening on a budget

Wednesday:
Website Wednesday: a review of one of my favorite addictions, Etsy!

Thursday:
Thrifty Thursday: the fun OLD and NEW items I scored at the local thrift shops this week!

Giveaway Guidelines for all contests here at Making Lemonade

Friday:
ADORABLE giveaway from NineMonthsGreetings! (do not let this one pass you by... it's so easy to enter and you'll melt at the cuteness found at her Etsy shop!)

Thanks for all the support this week, my SECOND WEEK as a blogger! I'm excited to see the blog grow each day. It was a rough week, too, as our little Sweet Pea is teething and apparently that means she wants to be up all night. With an average of 4 hours of sleep a night (take a few hours, in most cases) I tried my best to keep everything running smoothly. I can only hope she starts sleeping more this week for many reasons-- one of which is that I can hopefully increase the quality of my postings with a bit more shut-eye!

If you haven't commented on a post yet, I'd love to hear your voice among my ramblings {it's also a great way to drive traffic to your blog... I love to check out the blogs of my commenters!} Have a happy Saturday, and take some time to sip the lemonade!

  7. Thanks, everyone! Blogging is harder work than I imagined, but I'm excited to start this journey. It feels great to have an outlet for my writing since I enjoy doing it so much... and there aren't usually a lot of opportunities to do that as a stay-at-home mom. ;-)
